Daily use of paper bag machine: key points and safety precautions

1. Check before startup

Check whether the connections of each part of the equipment are firm and whether there is any looseness.

Ensure that the power connection is normal and the voltage is stable.

Check the lubrication condition of the transmission components and add or replace lubricating oil in a timely manner.

2. Operating standards

Operators should be familiar with the operation process of the paper bag machine and the functions of the control panel, and strictly follow the operating procedures for operation.

Avoid overloading operation and do not exceed the production speed and processing capacity specified by the equipment.

3. Raw material preparation

Select paper materials that meet the requirements, ensuring that the quality, thickness, size, and other parameters of the paper meet the production requirements.

Maintain the dryness and cleanliness of raw materials to prevent impurities from entering and affecting production quality.

4. Operation monitoring

During the operation of the equipment, closely monitor its operating status, including sound, vibration, temperature, etc.

Pay attention to the forming quality of the paper bag, such as size, folding accuracy, bonding firmness, etc. If any problems are found, stop the machine and adjust it in a timely manner.

5. Regular maintenance and upkeep

According to the requirements of the equipment maintenance manual, regularly clean, lubricate, tighten, and debug the equipment.

Check the wear of vulnerable parts and replace severely worn parts in a timely manner.

6. Safety precautions

7. Shutdown operation

After shutdown, residual materials on the surface and inside of the equipment should be cleaned to keep the equipment clean.

The equipment should be installed in a dry and well ventilated place to avoid damage to the equipment caused by damp and high temperature environments.

9. Fault handling

When the equipment malfunctions, it should be stopped in a timely manner and repaired by professional maintenance personnel. Do not disassemble or repair it without authorization.
